From the supplier: Continued growth is expected for Singapore's tourism and hotel industry. Shopping is the major attraction for tourists in the country, which accounts for 56% of tourist expenditure. The country's hotel industry has also expanded to conform with the expected tourism growth. An analysis of tourist arrivals using the a multiple linear regression model indicated that Singapore will have 10 million visitors by year 2000.
